Shipping Policy
MoTow offers UPS shipping services with at our competitive rates. You can expedite your order while placing your order if you choose. If it is verified by UPS or USPS that your package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace it at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation or shipments that are lost without confirmation from MoTow and/or the shipping party.
Return Policy
Unused product with the original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. Get a return authorization from MoTow by emailing contact@motowus.com. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Product that has been used cannot be returned.
