Shipping Policy
MOTOW offers Free standard ground shipping with UPS within the lower 48 United States for orders over $500. For Hawaii and Alaska, or international shipments you can get a shipping quote on the Cart page, or please feel free to contact us at contact@motowus.com. You can order expedited shipping while placing your order.
If it is verified by UPS or USPS that your package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace it at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation or shipments that are lost without confirmation from MOTOW and/or the shipping party.
Return Policy
Unused product with the original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase after getting a return authorization from MOTOW, call 508-740-7781 or email contact@motowus.com. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping paid by customer. Original shipping and processing fees paid by MOTOW are non-refundable. Product that has been used cannot be returned.
